COACHING STAFF

Quincy Rush will continue to be focused on player development. Our entire team works hard to ensure that we recruit the best coaches and give them the resources to be successful in building up our players' skills and love of the game. Our coaches have training through our coaching director and through the Rush program. The Rush Way is the embodiment of all Rush soccer. The way we conduct ourselves, the way we play, and the way we coach. Our coaches have access to the Rush coaching Manual that promotes the teachings of the Rush Way. Coaches have access to age-specific plans, activities, sessions, and many more. Coaches also have the ability to create custom Rush Way season plans with our exclusive Season Planner feature.
